Sales, stock, staff and accounts in one place

Stop reconciling a till against a spreadsheet against a ledger. A sale at the counter moves the stock and posts the entry as it happens.

What it does

The parts a shop needs to run a day, close it, and answer for it afterwards.

Point of sale

A fast counter screen built for one hand and a barcode scanner. Holds, splits, refunds, and a screen lock so a cashier can step away without signing out.

ZATCA e-invoicing

Phase 2 simplified invoices: QR, UUID, the hash chain, and a counter per terminal that cannot skip a number or repeat one.

Stock

Movements, transfers between branches, stock counts with a variance report, and a balance that always equals the sum of what moved.

Purchases and suppliers

Orders, invoices, returns and supplier balances. A received invoice raises stock and posts to the ledger in one step.

Accounting that posts itself

A standard chart of accounts, journals written by the trading rather than typed afterwards, a trial balance that balances, and fixed assets with depreciation.

VAT returns

The return is read from the entries, not re-keyed — including the reclaimable VAT on card fees and platform commission that never arrives on a document.

Staff and payroll

Roles down to the action, per-branch scope, two-factor for owners and admins, shifts, salaries and payslips.

Customers and loyalty

Accounts and credit limits, points that expire, and discounts with rules — by product, category, branch, payment method and date range.

Reports

Sales, purchases, stock, VAT and profit, by branch and by period, exportable.

Questions we are asked

Is it compliant with ZATCA e-invoicing?
Yes. Simplified invoices carry the QR, the UUID and the hash chain Phase 2 asks for, and the invoice counter for each till is gapless and never repeats — which is the part most systems get wrong. Nothing to buy separately.
What happens if the internet goes down mid-sale?
The till keeps selling. Sales are queued on the device and sent when the connection returns, and the receipt prints as normal. You will see how many are waiting, so nothing is lost quietly.
Can I run more than one shop?
Yes. One company can hold several business units and branches, each with its own stock, staff and tills, under one set of books. Staff can be scoped to a single branch.
Is it in Arabic?
Fully — every screen, every report and every receipt, right to left. You can switch language per user, so an Arabic cashier and an English accountant use the same system at once.
Is my data backed up?
Every night, encrypted before it leaves the server, to storage that is not the server. Daily, weekly and monthly copies are kept, so you can go back to last night or last quarter.
What do I need to buy to start?
A subscription and a browser — the system runs in any modern browser, so a computer or tablet you already have will do. For a real counter you will want a receipt printer and a barcode scanner; the help centre lists what is known to work.
